Each founding and full member organisation can have up to three delegates joining the virtual General Assembly meeting on Tuesday 6 May 2025 (13:00 to 14:45 CEST). This can include one nominated voter and up to two observers. If the nominated voter cannot attend the GA, then up to three observers can attend.

Please include the details of all observers wishing to attend the virtual General Assembly meeting live. Organisations may have up to three delegates in total—this may include the authorised voter, observers, or a combination of both.
