In the lead-up to the High-Level Meeting on NCDs (September 2025) and the Multi-Stakeholder Hearing (2 May 2025), NCD Alliance organised Q2 Advocacy Webinar on 15 April. This webinar consisted of two parts: a closed session for NCDA members only and a session open to the general public.

The second session, open to the general public, focused on:

• Preparations for the 4th High-Level Meeting of the General Assembly on the Prevention and Control of Non-Communicable Diseases and the Promotion of Mental Health and Well-being (HLM4; 25 September 2025) and the upcoming Multi-stakeholder Hearing (2 May 2025).
• How advocates can get involved in the lead-up to the Multi-stakeholder Hearing and what to expect at the Hearing.
• Suggested actions for advocates to engage Member States ahead of the Political Declaration negotiations.
