This workshop brought together and mobilised many members of the NCD Alliance network ahead of the annual Global Week for Action campaign. It provided an overview of this year's campaign theme on financing and investment, encouraged the sharing of advocacy experiences on financing from different counties/settings and revealed more about how members can engage with the campaign to build momentum. It combined the audiences of the three Peer Learning Advocacy Networks (PLANs) and the Advocacy Institute Seed Programme Training, both of which are open to NCD Alliance member organisations and alliances.

Over the course of 2021, we have been able to achieve some extraordinary results – many of which are documented in this report. Our sustained efforts to strengthen the capacity of NCDA members and alliances at national and regional levels, particularly in LMICs, and promote the meaningful involvement of civil society and people living with NCDs in the response is paying off.
This NCD Alliance webinar was a civil society advocacy briefing ahead of the 75th session of the World Health Assembly (WHA75). It covered a review of NCD-relevant items at WHA75, updates on key advocacy opportunities and NCD Alliance's advocacy messages for WHA75.
The brief examines the investment gap and present an overview of the current state of NCD financing, relative to the global burden of disease and compared to other global health priorities. They outline the different sources for and pathways to NCD financing: domestic resource mobilization (DRM), bilateral and multilateral support, philanthropy, and innovative financing including the private sector.
This NCD Alliance webinar unveiled the theme for the 2022 Global Week for Action (Invest to Protect), covered the Global Disability Summit 2022 and recapped the 150th Session of the WHO Executive Board (EB150).
